Thank you for your purchase. Because all of our products are made to order and customized to customer specifications, please review our policy below carefully.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., spelling, size, design)
- Minor variations that do not affect the functionality or overall appearance of the product.
To qualify for a refund, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the package (based on courier tracking confirmation).
- Products must be in their original condition, undamaged, and with all accompanying materials.
- Returns submitted after 7 days of receipt of the package will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned item, our dedicated team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets the refund criteria outlined above. Once approved, we will begin the refund process.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that for credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun and cancellations will not be possible.
